I like the art style and brief episodes and not 6 part story arcs which take too long. I the enjoy the main character is a regular easy going guy with tremendous strength. He doesn't have a big ego but at the same time he wants to simply be a hero and help society. Every Volume has an interesting story.

Well, by volume 8, I'm convinced. This is possibly the greatest comic series ever written, Japanese or otherwise. Saitama, the One-Punch Man, is a literary response to the ridiculous, melodramatic, and overpowered comic book heroes who came before him. Saitama's friends and enemies spend loads of time powering up and performing over-the-top attacks, as most comic book characters do, but it appears no one in the universe has even bothered to do basic strength training.

This volume is especially hilarious as it reveals the secrets behind King's power. It might be the funniest gag yet.
One punch man volume 8 is well, a bit more laid back then the past couple of volumes. Don't get me wrong there is plenty of action that the series is known for and there is plenty of comedy. However compared to the sky king arc or the sea king arc it's just not as epic. That being said there are some possible hinting toward future developments. Also for first time readers it might be a bit confusing to jump into the series not that it would to be to hard to piece together. And as with past one punch man volumes a word caution is the series fights can get a little graphic at times.
For those who have only seen the anime, this is the Manga that starts immediately after the end of season 1. Saitama and his adventures continue to topple tropes and defeat stereotypes with..... ONE PUNCH! Not to mention you get to know King, the one character who can defeat Saitama with his infinite combos.
I can't get enough of One Punch Man. The premise is absurd a hero who is so powerful that he can take out anyone with one punch. I didn't expect to like it, but I love it. The stories are great and the different hero personalities are fascinating. All these heroes "work" together in a Hero Association, but some of them are not very heroic. Only a few people realize how powerful the main character actually is. Anyway, buy it and read it. Watch the videos.
My boyfriend love One-punch Man! It was his Xmas present since last year, so I just submitted the order for all 8 Vol. ! He loved the fact that every month he would receive a new book.
This is one of my all time favorite manga/anime titles. I love that this series pokes fun at other manga in the same genre. I've finished the anime and am on book 5 of the manga and so far the story lines are spot on. Every volume leaves me laughing my butt off and eagerly awaiting time to read the next.

King is the strongest man on Earth according to Hero Association's ranking system. Genos, Saitama's young apprentice sincerely doubt that as he has witness the unquantifiable power his master has. Well, King does have the infinite combo move that drove Saitama in frustration. He IS the strongest man on Earth, kinda.
